Refund policy

Exchange: 

1. Customers have 3 days to request an exchange

2. Exchange can only be made if there is an issue in sizing or product defects

3. In case product defect - photos must be shared on the whatsapp number provided 

4. Upon confirmation, an alternate product will be dispatched by rider who will collect the original product

5. Please note - product must be unwashed and all tags must still be attached

1. Please note - at this point we do not accept returns - however in products can be exchanged due to sizing or due to product defects
